Ordering books, and enrolling a courses on pharmacyprep.com. We currently ship across Canada & USA, and worldwide with competitive rates and delivery times.

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped as soon as possible.

Please Note: There are no mail deliveries on weekends and holidays.

Shipping and handling costs

Shipping and handling costs are based on standard Canada post express mail with tracking number. All across Canada and USA, we ship by Canada post expedited mail. All international mails are by Canada post air mail. Other mail and parcel services like Purolator/ FedEx/UPS require extra shipping cost as per their pricing. To help minimize the shipping cost we have set standard prices for shipping across Canada & USA and international mail and shipping and handling expenses. At the checkout screen adding your shipping information will calculate your shipping cost. Shipping costs from pharmacyprep.com are based on your order weight and delivery method you choose.

Returns Policy

No refund will be issued to those students who do not attend classes. For students who wish to cancel, they must do so within two (2) days to get 90% refund.
No refunds or exchange of home study packages once mailed,and individual book sales are final.
No refunds for crash course or for those students who do not attend the classes for the crash course.
