Understanding what skills are valued by employers allows you to develop a targeted resume that will get you invited for an interview...the interview is what gets you the job. That 30-60 minute face-to-face meeting, with anywhere from 1-4 people, is where most people fail. Not because they are not qualified for the job, but because they did not understand basic techniques for answering behavior based questions that all employers ask.

 

Appointments are now being offered at the Toronto location on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:00pm-10:00pm for resume reviews and interview coaching/practice with Employment Specialist William Linton.
