Guest expert
if patient is confused using several medications, then try addressing the compliance. If pharmacist is confused than initiate the discussion on drug therapy, eliciting the patient's view and experience of treatment, do med check review to ensure continuity of care or collaborate with prescriber to improve treatment protocol.Reference: Misbah Biabani, Chapter Compliance, OSCE review book 2012
