  3. If patient has no contraindications to oral therapy. Metronidazole is the drug of choice for Clostridium difficile. Although oral vancomycin is effective, the risk of vancomycin-resistant enterococci makes it a less desirable option. As for intravenous (IV) therapy, IV vancomycin is considered less effective than IV metronidazole. IV vancomycin does not achieve sufficient drug concentrations in the intestinal lumen.

    • “Have you used this medication before?â€

    • “It’s important to ensure there are no drug interactions. Are you taking any prescription or other nonprescription medications?†If the client has not used the medication before or is currently taking other medications, offer the opportunity to speak with the pharmacist. 7. The best answer is Ovary cancer

Here is the information from credible reference:

Peritoneum is the thin, delicate, and transparent membrane that lines the abdominal cavity and covers all the organs of the abdominal cavity, including the liver, intestine, uterus, bladder and rectum. This membrane protects the contents of the abdomen, and secretes a lubricating fluid that helps the organs of the abdominal cavity to move smoothly, when we move. Peritoneum is basically composed of epithelial cells, the same cells that also line the surface of the ovaries. This is the reason peritoneum cancer is quite similar to the most common type of ovarian cancer, known as epithelial cancer.
