By enrolling in review classes or using TIPS materials, you agree to the following terms.
1. Payment & Tuition
Tuition must be paid in full, or as a minimum one-third (1/3) deposit, before class begins. If paying by installments, the remaining balance is due by the date shown on your receipt; late payments incur a $35 fee. Students with an outstanding balance will not be permitted to attend further classes.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
Standard cancellations: Requests made within two (2) days of registration are eligible for a 90% refund. No refunds are issued after this window, for non-attendance, or once course books have shipped.
Final sale items: Mock exams, crash courses, mailed home-study packages, and individual book purchases are final sale and are not eligible for the refund above, including for non-attendance. (This overrides the standard cancellation window for these specific items.)
Discontinued courses / regulatory changes: If a course is no longer required or offered due to a change in exam requirements, no cash refund is issued. Affected students are automatically transferred into the prep course for the next valid required exam.
3. Repeat & Extension Policies
In person Courses: All students attending In person are provided with online access that is valid for 1 year and can be renewed for another year for $190 + tax. Any subsequent renewals thereafter will be offered at a 50% discount off the full course fee.
Online Courses: Online Courses are valid for 1 year and can be renewed for another year for $190 + tax. Any subsequent renewals thereafter will be offered at a 50% discount off the full course fee.
